台風6号の接近に伴う授業の取扱いについて/ Regarding Class Arrangements Due to the Approach of Typhoon No. 6

現在発生している台風６号について、6月3日（水）に関東地方へ接近が予想されています。
風水害の危険が迫った場合等の授業（定期試験を含む。）の取扱いについては、埼玉大学の全学臨時休校等の基準のとおりですが、今回の台風においては暴風、大雪、暴風雪の警報に加え、大雨警報、河川の氾濫警報についても、キャンパス所在地の管轄気象台から発表される警報に基づき、基準の第１第１項に準じて取り扱うものとします。
警報が発表された場合は、発表後に開始する授業が休講となります。ただし、警報が解除された場合の授業の取扱いは、基準の第１第１項のとおり、警報解除の発表時間に応じて開講とします。
なお、オンラインで実施される授業についてはこの限りではありません。
対面授業での休講状況は下記HPにてお知らせいたします。

Typhoon No. 6 is forecast to approach the Kanto region on Wednesday, June 3.
In the event of imminent danger from strong winds or flooding, classes (including regular examinations) will be handled in accordance with Saitama University’s university-wide criteria for temporary campus closure. For this typhoon, in addition to warnings for strong winds, heavy snow, and blizzards, heavy rain warnings and river flood warnings issued by the meteorological observatory responsible for the campus area will also be treated in accordance with Item 1 (1) of the criteria.
If a warning is issued, classes scheduled to begin after the issuance will be canceled. If the warning is lifted, classes will be conducted depending on the time the warning is lifted, in accordance with Item 1 (1) of the criteria.
Please note that this does not apply to classes conducted online.
