夏季一斉休業のお知らせ Notice of Summer Closure

埼玉大学では、下記のとおり夏季一斉休業を実施いたします。何卒ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
Saitama University will be closed for summer holiday during the period below. Your understanding and cooperation would be appreciated.

・上記期間は窓口業務を含むすべての業務を休業します。証明書自動発行機もご利用いただけませんので、ご注意ください。
　All offices will be closed. Please note that the automatic certificate issuing machine will also be unavailable during this period.
・上記期間における本学宛の郵便物は、郵便局留めとなります。本学への配達は、8月19日(水)となりますので、ご了承願います。
　Mail addressed to the university will be held at the post office. Delivery to the university will resume on Wednesday, August 19.
・上記期間も大学案内・学部案内パンフレットは、正門横の守衛所にて配付しております。
　University and faculty brochures are available for pick-up at the security office next to the main gate.
・8月10日(月)に開催予定の、科学者の芽育成プログラム(小中学生向け、及び高校生向けHiGEPS)「女性科学者の芽セミナー・夏休み集中講座」につきましては、上記期間と重なっておりますが、予定どおり実施いたします。
