年末年始における休業のお知らせ Notice of Year-End and New Year Holidays

埼玉大学は、下記のとおり年末年始に休業いたします。何卒ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
Saitama University will be closed for the Year-End and New Year holidays as follows. 
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

・上記期間は窓口業務を含むすべての業務を休業します。証明書自動発行機も使用できなくなりますので、ご注意ください。
All administrative services, including counter services, will be unavailable during the period above.
Please note that the automatic certificate issuing machine will also be out of service.

・上記期間における本学宛の郵便物は、郵便局留め扱いとなります。本学への配達は、1月5日(月)となりますので、ご了承願います。
Mail sent to the university during this period will be held at the post office.
Delivery to the university will resume on Monday, January 5.

・上記期間も大学案内・学部案内パンフレットは、正門横の守衛所で配付しております。
During this period, university and department brochures will be available at the security office located next to the main gate.
