いよいよ本格的な夏がやってきます！
日本の夏の風物詩といえば「うちわ」ですが、自分好みのデザインでオリジナルのうちわを作ってみませんか？
今回の国際交流イベントでは、無地のうちわに絵を描いたり、お気に入りの文字やデコレーションを施したりして、世界に一つだけのうちわをデザインします。 「日本の夏を感じるお祭りデザイン」にするもよし、自分の好きなものを詰め込んだ「推し活うちわ」にするもよし、アイデアは自由です！
涼しい教室で、留学生も日本人学生も、みんなでワイワイおしゃべりを楽しみながら夏の思い出を作りましょう。 お一人での参加はもちろん、お友達を誘っての参加も大歓迎です。

The *uchiwa* (flat paper fan) is a quintessential symbol of a Japanese summer—why not try making your own original design?
 
At this international exchange event, you’ll design a one-of-a-kind fan by drawing pictures or adding your favorite text and decorations to a plain *uchiwa*. You can go for a festive design that captures the spirit of a Japanese summer, or make a "fan to cheer on your favorite" (featuring your favorite idol or character)—the choice is yours!
 
Let’s make some summer memories together in a cool, comfortable classroom while chatting and having a great time. Whether you come alone or bring friends along, everyone is welcome.
