令和8年度埼玉大学卒業式・大学院修了式につきましては、以下のとおり挙行いたします。
実施内容に変更が生じた場合は、本ページにて改めてお知らせいたします。
The Saitama University Graduation and Graduate School Commencement Ceremony for Academic Year 2026 will be held as follows.

１．日時 / Date and Time

令和9年3月25日(木)
Date: Thursday, March 25, 2027

開場 / Doors Open・・・12:15
※12:50までに着席願います。/ Please be seated by 12:50 p.m.
開式 / Ceremony Begins・・・13:00
閉式 / Ceremony Concludes・・・14:45 頃

２．出席対象者 / Eligible attendees

学部卒業生、大学院修了生(全学部・研究科合同の1部制での開催となります)
Graduating undergraduate students and students completing graduate degree programs (master’s, doctoral, and professional degree programs).

【ご家族・在学生、その他卒業生・修了生以外の皆さまへ】
会場の収容定員の都合上、卒業生・修了生以外の方（ご家族や在学生等）は式典会場にご入場いただけません。また、中継を視聴できる控室等のご用意もございませんので、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、当日は式典の様子をYouTubeにてライブ配信（事前登録不要）を行う予定です。配信URL等の詳細は、3月上旬頃に本ページにてお知らせいたします。
[Notice to Families, Current Students, and Others]
Due to seating capacity limitations at the venue, individuals other than graduating students and students completing graduate degree programs, such as family members and current students, will not be permitted to enter the ceremony venue. Please also note that no separate viewing rooms will be available. We appreciate your kind understanding.
The ceremony will be livestreamed on YouTube (no prior registration required). Details, including the streaming URL, will be posted on this webpage in early March 2027.

大宮ソニックシティ大ホール(埼玉県さいたま市大宮区桜木町1-7-5)会場までのアクセスはこちら
（最寄り駅：JR大宮駅西口徒歩3分）
Omiya Sonic City, Main Hall(1-7-5 Sakuragi-cho, Omiya-ku, Saitama City)
(Approximately a 3-minute walk from JR Omiya Station West Exit)

４．諸注意 / Notices

①式典は日本語で行われます。
②周辺道路の混雑防止のため、自家用車でのご来場はお控えいただき、公共交通機関をご利用ください。
式典前後、会場周辺や駅構内での集団での待ち合わせ、写真撮影のための長時間の滞留は、一般の方のご迷惑となりますのでご遠慮ください。
③記念写真撮影用の立て看板を午前中から設置します。開式直前及び閉式後は大変混雑が予想され、写真撮影に1時間程度お待ちいただく場合もございますので、早めの時間に撮影いただくことをお薦めいたします。また、開式直前は入場口が大変混雑することが予想されますので、お時間には十分余裕をもってご来場ください。
なお、看板の設置場所及び設置時刻の詳細につきましては本ページにて後日改めてお知らせいたします。
④式典での学位記授与は、各学部・研究科の代表者のみに行います。代表者以外の皆様への学位記の配布方法につきましては、令和9年3月以降、所属する学部・研究科の教務担当窓口へお問い合わせください。
⑤式典当日は、卒業アルバムの制作、大学の広報活動、およびライブ配信を目的として、報道機関や本学関係者による写真・動画の撮影を行います。ご出席される皆様の姿が映像や写真に映り込む場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

①The ceremony will be conducted in Japanese.
②To help prevent traffic congestion around the venue, please refrain from coming by private vehicle and use public transportation.
Please refrain from gathering in groups or remaining for extended periods to take photographs around the venue or inside the station before and after the ceremony, as this may cause inconvenience to the public.
③A commemorative photo signboard will be installed from the morning of the ceremony day. Please note that the area around the signboard is expected to be extremely crowded immediately before the ceremony begins and after it concludes. During these peak times, you may need to wait for up to one hour to take photos. We therefore recommend taking commemorative photos in advance if possible. In addition, the entrance to the ceremony venue is expected to become very crowded shortly before the ceremony starts, so please allow sufficient time for your arrival. Details regarding the location and the installation time will be announced on this webpage at a later date.
④The presentation of diplomas on stage during the ceremony will be limited to student representatives. For information regarding diploma distribution for all other students, please contact the student affairs office of your Faculty or Graduate School from March 2027 onward.
⑤Please be advised that photography and video recordings will be conducted by media and university staff during the ceremony. Please note that attendees may appear in materials used for the graduation album, university public relations, and the live stream.
