埼玉大学において博士の学位を取得した（取得予定の博士課程学生を含む）アジア諸国からの女性研究者たちが、共同して研究発表の場をもつことで、日本とアジア諸国間の友好を深めます。さらに、埼玉大学の魅力を世界に発信し、女子留学生の博士課程への進学を促進します。

研究発表は英語で行われますが日本語での質問が可能です。　発表者は変更になる場合があります。

日時	2018年3月24日（土） 受付開始13:30 研究発表会14:00～15:45 祝賀撮影&意見交換会16:00～16:30
会場	埼玉県立近代美術館（北浦和公園内）
対象	学生・院生(日本人学生・他大学生も可)、教職員、地域住民の方々
参加方法	研究発表会（2F講堂、無料）：先着50席  祝賀撮影&意見交換会（噴水広場・オープンテラス、無料）に参加ご希望の方は、3月17日までに下記E-mailへお申込みください。 E-mail : dr.kz-hm@s5.spaaqs.ne.jp 件名に「Modern」、本文に氏名、国籍、専攻をご記入ください。

This symposium aims to deepen friendly relations between Japan and other Asian countries, and to encourage students to enter the Ph.D. program of Saitama University. In the symposium, female researchers including Ph.D. students will make their research presentations in order for the audience to experience the attractive Ph.D. program of Saitama University.

Admission	Free Research Presentations at Auditorium:  Seating is the first 50 people Celebratory Photo Session at Fountain Square :  Registration by E-mail E-mail to  dr.kz-hm@s5.spaaqs.ne.jp　by March 17th .
