Specialty: Research on superconductor electronics that uses superconducting devices which are ultrafast, and combine low energy consumption with ultra-high sensitivity. I am conducting research on the manufacture of Josephson junctions and terahertz range electromagnetic wave and photon detectors that use them, as well as digital logic circuits that work at sub-terahertz clock speed.

Specialty: The goal of my research is the investigation and development of ultra fast digital systems. I proceed by designing and building prototypes of digital circuits that exploit the peculiar electronic phenomena unique to superconductors, and testing them for their high-speed properties. I am also conducting research related to the application of the Josephson junction, which is a superconductor electron tunneling effect, to building sensors.
